The LEADER poster prepares children for a debate by taking them through the six steps of the LEADER concept. The strength of LEADER concept is the scaffolding that it provides for a team preparing for a debate, and as such, LEADER is best utilised in the specific teaching of how to develop a debate. Since it is structured and explicit, it is very useful for debaters of all levels of experience.
